Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for urgent care services in Central Oregon.

  • Compensation ranges from $143,800 – $165,400 annually, with earning potential over $200,000 including incentives.
  • Provide high-impact, fast-paced care including laceration repair, fracture management, and stabilization, along with preventive services.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment alongside physicians, nurses, radiology, and lab staff across multiple clinics.
  • Schedule involves 12-hour shifts, 153 shifts/year, with no formal call requirements and strong team reliability.
  • Qualifications include graduation from an accredited program, national certification, current licensure, and relevant certifications. Preferred experience in emergency or urgent care and EMR familiarity.
