The Role

As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll dive into a world-class B2B sales training program—learning the ins and outs of solution-driven sales in consulting and professional services. Post-training, you’ll spend most of your time building relationships, creating pipelines, and closing deals with decision-makers at premier healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt and close: Strategically pursue opportunities in 3-5 target accounts, transforming prospects into long-term partners.
  • Relationship builder: Foster deep, lasting connections with clients through in-person meetings, presentations, and unforgettable experiences (think: dinners, ball games, golf outings).
  • Consultant first: Craft custom solutions that drive real change and project success for our clients.
  • Client advocate: Elevate the experience for Fortune 500 accounts, always putting their needs first.
  • Executive presence: Present to C-suite leaders and champion solutions that shape their project roadmaps.
  • Goal crusher: Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, with frequent goal-setting sprints alongside your manager and sales support team.
  • Team player: Embrace all duties typical for the role and contribute to a winning team culture.

Sales Training

  • Location: Corporate HQ in Indianapolis
  • Led by: Our client’s President, top sales leaders, and expert trainers
  • Focus: Healthcare industry expertise, situational selling, executive relationship-building, and hands-on mentorship with senior account executives
  • Outcome: Launch your own client portfolio and hit the ground running
