About the Role

We’re seeking an Associate Creative Director (Copy) with a strong foundation in social-first campaigns and a track record of delivering standout creative across channels. You’re both a concept powerhouse and a skilled visual storyteller, with a keen eye for content that connects in today’s digital world.

Location

This role is on-site 4 days/week in Knoxville, Tennessee, with 1 remote day. Relocation support is available.

What You’ll Do

• Concept bold, original ideas that break through the noise
• Lead and execute campaigns across social, digital, and TV
• Present creative to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Mentor junior and mid-level creatives, offering guidance and feedback
• Collaborate with strategy, production, and account teams
• Drive visually compelling storytelling that captures attention
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish
