This high-impact role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong leadership capabilities, and the organizational savvy to manage fast-paced events with precision and energy. $60,000 annual salary, plus eligibility for a bonus plan with potential earnings up to $10,000 per year.Responsibilities/DutiesOversee day-to-day operations of AMPs event banquet functionsLead, train, and support Banquet Captain & Serversjumping in when neededPartner with clients and internal teams to bring event visions to lifeManage event timelines, floor layouts, staffing, and vendor coordinationServe as a primary contact on event daysresolving issues with professionalismEnsure setup, service, and breakdown meet or exceed expectationsSupport administrative event logistics, including TEOs, supply inventory, and planning meetingsQualificationsA leader with 3+ years in event planning, banquet management, or hospitalityProfessional, courteous, and respectful toward coworkers, members, and guests at all timesCalm under pressure, with the ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress environments gracefullySolutions-focused and adaptable to shifting prioritiesSkilled communicator with excellent verbal and written abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and event software toolsWilling to perform a variety of duties, including physical tasks as neededAdditional Requirements:Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 - 50 lbs. for extended periodsComfortable working in various weather conditionsOpen availability, including evenings, weekends, and open holidaysValid drivers license and clean 3-year MVRDegree in hospitality or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)A passion for motorsports or high-energy event environments A proactive attitude and a sense of humor while getting things done DisclaimerCompensation is based on experience and qualifications.
