Bank Reconciliation Specialist, Ridley Park, PA (Onsite), $65,000–$75,000 – DIRECT HIRE Join a growing credit union dedicated to accelerating economic progress and supporting individuals, families, and small businesses with innovative financial solutions. Bank Reconciliation Specialist – Responsibilities Perform daily reconciliation of the corporate general ledger with bank statements, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Prepare and post journal entries, maintain detailed reconciliation records, and collaborate across departments. Identify process improvement opportunities within ledger and reconciliation functions. Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures. Complete additional accounting duties as assigned to support the organization’s mission. Bank Reconciliation Specialist – Requirements Minimum 2+ years of accounting or finance experience with a strong focus on bank reconciliations and general ledger management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred; candidates without a degree but with relevant experience will be considered. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Credit score of 630+ required. Must pass background check (no criminal convictions) and drug screen including marijuana testing. Schedule: ~100% onsite, no vaccination requirement.
