The Summit - Sports & Spirits is seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented, dynamic individual to fill the role of Bartender / Working Bar Manager.
This position requires a blend of exceptional customer service skills, prior verifiable (yes, we will call to verify) bartending experience, with strong operational oversight. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting quality beverages, designing monthly specialty drink menus, ensuring a clean, organized, welcoming atmosphere, and managing daily food and beverage operations.
Responsibilities include inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a newly opened, vibrant local sports bar.
Hours during soft opening have been 4 - 9 p.m. Friday & Saturday. These hours will be expanded and updated based upon occupancy, season and local demand. Flexibility, cross-training and willingness to grow with the demand is important.
Applicants without prior verifiable bartending experience will not be considered. All applicants must be 21+ at time of application.
