Job Overview:

Marvin is looking for a Senior Boiler Operator who takes pride in maintaining safe and efficient operations to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a team to keep high-pressure boilers and other equipment running, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Highlights of your role:

• Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and related equipment
• Monitor systems to ensure safe and efficient performance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as needed
• Lead annual tear down, cleaning, and assembly of boilers
• Work independently and as part of a team to support facility operations
• Operate heavy equipment such as pay loaders  

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• High school diploma or GED
• Minnesota 1 st Class C Boilers License or higher
• 4+ years of experience as a 1 st class C Boiler Operator
• Experience troubleshooting high-pressure boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and water treatment systems
• Ability to read schematics, prints, and equipment manuals to diagnose issues

• Flexibility when working with frequently changing priorities
• A willingness to learn and grow in your role
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Compensation: $30 - $38 per hour
