What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide efficient account receivable services to maximize reimbursement for member clients
- Accurately bill various payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Monitor accounts receivables and assist in the collection of overdue accounts
- Post patient payments and resolve credit balances while maintaining accurate records
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in billing services and accounts receivable management
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing requirements
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate support
- Proficiency in data entry and computer operations
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with billing software and electronic health record systems, such as Epic
- Previous experience working in a nonprofit healthcare environment
- Proven ability to improve processes and enhance efficiency in billing operations
