We are currently seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our Insurance/Front Desk teams at our West Babylon, NY location. Why Babylon Dental Care? What we ask of you: Commitment to our practice and patients, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates are reliable, empathetic, professional, able to multitask, and interested in learning new technologies. Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of dental insurance are required. Example daily tasks include educating patients about treatment plans and insurance benefits, monitoring pre-determinations, collaborating with the financial team, managing insurance claims, and supporting the front desk team. Qualifications include at least three years of dental insurance billing experience, flexibility in scheduling, excellent attention to detail, strong math skills, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
