Job Description:

The Farm Manager plays a vital, hands on role in supporting all aspects of Thanksgiving Farm's operations. Working under the guidance of the Director of Farm Operations, this role involves participating in daily agricultural tasks, helping to produce and process farm goods, and supporting education and vocational activities for students and residents.

What you'll do:

• Help grow vegetables, fruits, and herbs in the field, greenhouse and hoophouse.
• Operate tractors and farm equipment.
• Assist with harvesting, deliveries, and creating value-added products like pickles and vinegar.
• Support adults with disabilities as they engage in meaningful farm work.
• Keep things running smoothly when the Farm Director is away.

• Someone who loves farming and isn't afraid of a little dirt.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn.
• Experience on a farm is great--but passion and a strong work ethic matter more.
• Must be comfortable with physical, hands-on work outdoors.

Compensation: This position is salaried, varies DOE, $55,000.00 - $65,000.00.
