Job Description
We are currently seeking a dependable Industrial Warehouse Associate with experience in shipping and receiving to join our team. This role is ideal for someone skilled in using manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks (walkie riders), and electric pallet forklifts , and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment. You’ll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, material movement, and general warehouse operations.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (or until work is completed)
Tuesday, Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (or until work is completed)
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; document any damage or shortages.
Prepare and package outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
Load and unload freight using manual and electric pallet jacks or electric pallet forklifts .
Sort and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Maintain detailed and accurate shipping/receiving logs and paperwork.
Ensure warehouse space is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Collaborate with warehouse leads and other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Follow all company policies and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in shipping and receiving in an industrial or warehouse setting.
Ability to safely operate manual pallet jacks , electric pallet jacks , and electric pallet forklifts .
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer or scanner skills are a plus.
Steel-toe boots required; other PPE provided as needed.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work until completion of daily workload.
