Were hiring a Founding Deployment Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, customer engagement, and product design. Youll own the full technical sales lifecycle from designing pre-sales demos to advising on architecture, and all the way through post-sales implementation. This role is ideal for an engineer who loves being customer-facing and wants to build product, not just pitch it. Youll work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product to not only drive customer success, but also directly shape the features we build based on real customer needs. Youll be our first hire in this function which means youll have significant autonomy, impact, and ownership.
