Job Description The Full Stack Application Developer supports the development and deployment of enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud‑based or internet‑related programs. They collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products and solutions. This role requires an understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, and the ability to communicate technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Validate system requirements and assist with the development of detailed software programming specifications. Write, review, and optimize code and collaborate with senior engineers using current programming languages. Collaborate with the team to create documentation and procedures for the installation and maintenance of software. Engage stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers to address project concerns and ensure expectations are met. Participate in ongoing learning, attend relevant workshops or training, and share emerging technologies and programming language knowledge with the team. Qualifications Education (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience of at least 3 years in application development or engineering. Knowledge & Experience 2–4 years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby. Experience with software development tools such as Git or Jenkins. Preferred Front‑End Development: React.js. Backend: Spring framework. Experience with Azure Cloud. Building reusable components and front‑end libraries. Experience with React.js workflows (Flux, Redux). Experience with Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Spring Data Reactive. Designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservice architectures. Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases and reactive data access. Technical Skills Database Management Systems.
