Provide an exceptional customer experience.
Be a part of hiring new trainers.
Teach and mentor the full dog training team.
Assist dog training team with creating training plans and problem-solving difficult training scenarios.
Following up with clients who need additional / expert training assistance.
Reviewing calendar for accuracy daily.
Regular check-ins with your training team.
First point of contact for clients who have training concerns.
Ordering training supplies.
Group class scheduling and oversight.
Event set up and break down coordination.
Ensure facility safety protocols are followed and exceeded daily.
Ensuring DTE Training Standards and Values are met at ALL times.
Additional duties as assigned.
