Responsibilities Learn to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems Work with air conditioners, furnaces, packaged units, ductwork, thermostats, zoning systems, filters, and wiring Safely use tools, gauges, and equipment necessary to complete tasks Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with tools/parts Deliver excellent customer service and represent Boothe’s with professionalism Follow safety protocols and all local/national codes Grow your skills every day through shadowing, training, and hands-on experience Qualifications License: Apprentice license required (must have by start date) Certification: EPA Certification preferred (we can help you get it) Mindset: Willingness to learn, mechanical aptitude, and strong work ethic Physical Ability: Able to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and work in attics, crawl spaces, or rooftops Soft Skills: Positive attitude, customer service focus, attention to detail Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen Start Your HVAC Career Today This is more than just a job — it’s the first step in a career path with great earning potential and long-term stability.
