Job Description

Salary: $89,700 - 162,150 per year Requirements:

  • I require a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business).
  • You should have at least 5 years of experience in development and systems administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint 2016/2019 development on-premises is necessary.
  • I need someone with at least 5 years of expertise in Atlassian/JIRA development and administration, including the installation and configuration of custom applications.
  • Proficiency in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins is essential.
  • You should have experience with the ServiceNow platform and working in cloud environments.
  • I expect you to have experience in developing software solutions for teams using Atlassian tools and Confluence.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are crucial.
  • You should be proficient in creating and managing custom JQL filters, dashboards, and Confluence pages.
  • I need someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
  • You must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust and DoD Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • You will manage and maintain the JIRA platform and related solutions.
  • Daily operational support activities and strategic planning initiatives involving JIRA and Confluence will be your focus.
  • Supporting requirements gathering and implementing new capabilities on JIRA and Confluence will be a key part of your job.
  • You will administer JIRA and Confluence, integrating various services both internal and external to our enterprise.
  • It's important to ensure compatibility with existing tools and services.
  • You will design and sustain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens, field configurations, automations, user permissions, and project roles in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Auditing, improving, and automating processes and workflows as needed will be part of your role.
  • Training staff on how to effectively use JIRA and Confluence will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will troubleshoot, identify, and resolve JIRA issues reported by program users.
  • Coordination with customers and the cloud hosting team will be required to offer suggestions and solutions for system configuration.
  • I expect you to provide ad-hoc program support for application, system, and project-level configurations as needed.
  • You will be responsible for managing user access provisioning and ensuring proper restrictions are in place.
