Quest Group Executive Search and Staffing is looking for an experienced Legal Billing Specialist to join our highly respected firm that believes in work-life balance!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize multiple client websites to submit invoices
• Ensures all functions are performed in accordance with client’s guidelines for both electronic and paper billings
• Maintain open lines of communication with attorneys and legal assistants for resolution of billing issues.
• Interpret and respond to report/information requests from attorneys, legal staff, and clients
• Review invoices for accuracy and edit based on attorney review
• Provide fee quotes
• Post bills

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a legal billing role using major billing platforms (Preferably Orion)
• Billing Flat Fees (Each client has their own template, so it takes time to learn the nuances of this role.)

About the Position:

• Position is open due to growth.
• Department is comprised of Billing Manager and 3 Billing Specialists
• Software : Orion (Pronounced “Oh-Ryan”)
• Schedule : Hybrid. Most work from home on Mondays and Fridays. They are also very flexible on hours. For example, if someone needs to come in at 9 to avoid traffic and leave at 3/finish the day at home, they are open to that. As long as the work is getting done
