In this role, you will: Lead the design and implementation of Workday HCM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee the integration of Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management and Security features to enhance system functionality. Provide expert guidance on Workday HCM Tools Customer Central to streamline HR operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Workday HCM Business Processes for improved efficiency. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex data sets supporting decision-making processes. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday HCM configurations and customizations. Ensure data integrity and security within Workday systems adhering to industry best practices. Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Support end-users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance for Workday HCM applications. Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and enhancements incorporating relevant features into existing systems.
