Paid Search Manager job at Motive Interactive. Stateline, NV. Motive Interactive, a leading Performance-Based Marketing firm, is seeking a Paid Search Manager . This role will report directly to the GM and is 100% remote . It will be responsible for developing acquisition strategies across multiple campaign levels, including planning, creative development, buying, analytics, and optimization. Salary depends on experience. *Candidates must be comfortable managing all aspects of daily search campaigns and have experience with arbitrage or aggressive CPL/CPA goals. Responsibilities Architect effective Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. Manage paid search bid strategies, including match types, campaign settings, demographic targeting, remarketing, custom audience lists, and automation. Recommend landing page strategies, optimize landing pages, and analyze metrics to measure ROAS. Develop buying and monetization strategies across various performance campaigns and verticals. Conduct A/B testing of campaign variables to improve budget efficiency, leads, conversions, search impression share, and ROI. Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and lower CPL across multiple clients and verticals. Provide monthly/quarterly performance reports to demonstrate value. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of managing paid search campaigns. Strong analytical skills to report and document performance metrics. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
