We are currently seeking a full time Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager with experience to join the collaborative team of a local independent insurance agency in Montgomery County.

Personal Lines Account Manager – Responsibilities:

• Looking for a self-motivated, organized individual with good written and oral communication skills to provide assistance to producers in rating new personal lines business online as well as provide strong customer service to existing and new clients
• Must have P&C Producer License and a thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverage
• Must have at least 4 Years’ experience in similar position

Responsibilities’ would include, but are not limited to:

• Marketing and placement of new and renewal business
• Manage existing accounts, work closely with clients, develop strong client relationships
• Inform and educate clients about policy conditions, exclusions and insurance coverage’s as necessary
• Demonstrate a willingness to enhance knowledge of insurance related topics through advanced coursework
• Possess the ability to work well in a collaborative team setting
• Process endorsements in a timely manner for customers
• Handle client billing questions
• Assist producer with account rounding
• Ability to earn additional compensation on new business generated for the agency through the individuals own lead generation
