Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in El Paso, TX. This role is open to new graduates and experienced PAs alike, offering the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved communities in a collaborative and mission-driven setting.

◆Monday, Tuesday and Thursday = 8 am - 5 pm (lunch 12 pm - 1 pm)

Qualifications:
◆Education: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
◆Licensure: Active Texas State License as a Physician Assistant.
◆Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in primary care or FQHC settings is a plus.
◆Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, clinical procedures, and diagnostic tools.
◆Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural competence, empathy, and adaptability. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
◆Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
◆Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, injections, and minor office-based interventions.
◆Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
◆Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
◆Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment adherence.
◆Participate in community outreach programs to improve healthcare access for underserved populations
