Title: Process Piping BIM Designer – Semiconductor/Wastewater

Location: Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; or Boise, ID

Work Modality: In-Office or Hybrid

Type: Contract-to-Hire / 6 month conversion timeline

Pay Range: $30.00-$48.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development of 2D and 3D piping system layouts using Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Create basic fabrication isometric drawings and 2D drawing views from 3D models
• Support the coordination of design work between disciplines under guidance from senior staff
• Perform clash detection reviews and assist with report generation
• Support drawing and model production using Carollo’s standards and project-specific requirements
• Help convert and clean up files between AutoCAD , MicroStation , and Revit
• Assist senior designers in generating material takeoffs and parts lists
• Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to full project lifecycles
• Stay engaged and organized on fast-paced project timelines

Requirements:

• 2–10 years of experience in process piping or mechanical design
• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or GED required
• Must have project experience in Wastewater and Semiconductor.
• Data Center experience (preferred)
• Working proficiency in Revit (required) and Navisworks Manage
• Familiarity with 2D and 3D design concepts ; experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn from senior designers and engineers
• Effective communicator with a team-first mindset
• Must be located near one of our offices (Phoenix, Salt Lake City, or Boise) for onboarding, meetings, and occasional in-person events
