Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Pay: Competitive Commission-Based Structure ($48,000 - $250,000 + potential) - Non-Salaried.
• Benefits: Flexible schedule, Advanced Technology & Tools Provided (Real Geeks, SkySlope, Markful, MyAgentIcon), Mentorship Program.
• Schedule: Self-determined schedule, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability (as needed for clients).
• Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay.
• Location: Doral and Miami-Dade County.
