JOB DESCRIPTION

Start date: Immediately Training will be completed prior to official start date Daytime, evening and weekend availability required Performance-based salary: compensation is 100% commission based plus performance bonus Service Area: Essex County and surrounding area

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Manage and complete the Spray-Net sales process which includes o The customer consultation o Using our software to quote the job o Follow up with customers o Collect job deposits o Assist in color selection (yes we’ll train you and give you the tools to do so!) o After-sales support as needed with your customers Generate leads by knocking on doors, leaving speed quote door hangers, and networking Relationship building and maintenance Participation in home shows Mentor and coach new team members Promote positive brand image Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job) Sport our sweet swag and look like a pro!

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English 2+ years of sales experience Complete our online and on-site training program Valid driver’s license Independent & self-motivated Strong time management & communication skills Flexible working hours A people person!
