Position: Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance Services

EisnerAmper is hiring a Senior Manager to join its Risk and Compliance Services practice as part of the National Security Advisory team. This team delivers risk advisory and compliance solutions based on risk management standards and technical expertise.

Responsibilities include:

1. Work on third-party monitoring and auditing of mitigation agreements related to national security; experience in National Security Advisory is a plus.

2. Maintain client relationships, tailoring engagements to meet their needs and expectations.

3. Lead client engagements by developing strategies and delivering solutions while managing teams.

4. Manage priorities, budgets, and workloads diligently, providing oversight and development to staff.

5. Build client confidence, participate in business development, and prepare proposals in response to RFPs.

6. Ensure scope of work aligns with USG National Security interests and requirements.

7. Analyze company mitigation of national security risks, interacting with external counsel and USG agencies.

8. Lead assessments of clients' national security posture, including compliance with NSAs, SCAs, NIST frameworks, COSO, and other standards.

9. Maintain deep knowledge of frameworks including IT governance, risk, and compliance.

10. Identify solutions, develop NSA compliance policies, communication plans, security programs, and POAMs.

11. Occasional extended hours or travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.

2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or related field; CISSP/CISM or equivalent security certification.

3. 8+ years of experience working with USG agencies, preferably with FBI or in related fields such as CFIUS, Team Telecom, or DCSA.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or J.D. in a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of NIST and other ISMS frameworks.

3. Willingness to travel domestically and overseas (10-25%).

4. Knowledge of advanced security technologies and solutions.

Compensation varies by location and experience. For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range is $120,000–$200,000. For other locations, the range may vary based on market conditions.
