*Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) - Winston-Salem, NC*
Exciting opportunity to join the team at the largest pediatric therapy clinic in the Carolinas. We have an extremely skilled and dedicated staff with a team oriented approach to therapy. We are currently seeking a *full-time* *Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) *to provide clinic-based speech therapy evaluations and treatment to a pediatric population in our *Winston-Salem, NC* location at 280 Charlois Boulevard Winston-Salem, NC 27103. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) therapists are preferred but not required. We are experiencing high demand for feeding therapy and candidates with feeding experience will be prioritized. We are also open to individuals that are willing to be mentored in pediatric feeding.
*Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) Responsibilities:*
* Assess and document pediatric patient’s communication status using clinical observations, caregiver report, and standardized testing.
* Develop a plan for treatment that integrates the family’s values, child’s deficits and clinical guidelines/recommendations.
* Document ongoing progress towards goals. Address goals and provide treatment in a way that supports sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.
* Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with other disciplines within the clinic- physical therapy, occupational therapy and other professionals outside of the clinic to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
* Follow ASHA and other research-based guidelines to evaluate and treat pediatric patients.
* Desire to expand clinical knowledge and develop clinical reasoning skills, Education, Experience and Certifications
*Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP)* *Requirements:*
* Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology required at SLP level
* NC license for Speech Language Pathology required. Fully licensed SLP's preferred, but CFY's are strongly considered.
* ASHA certification required.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Feeding therapy experience
* Bilingual (Spanish/English speaking)

Pediatric Advanced Therapy offers a choice both pay-per-visit and salary options.
SLP Compensation
* Pay-per-visit at $35-40 per 30 minute visit *OR*
* Salary: $68,000-87,000/yearly
* CFY Salary: $64,000-68,000/yearly
* Commensurate with experience
