Job Description

Relate Search is partnered with a well known organization in the greater Cleveland market on their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a 2-3 month contract role with a time commitment of 20-25 hours per week. The person must currently reside in Cleveland.

• Delivers a smooth end-to-end candidate experience by managing communications, scheduling, and offer details from first contact through final selection.
• Partners with hiring managers to clarify job expectations and create efficient hiring plans aligned with short- and mid-term workforce needs.
• Sources qualified candidates using a combination of outreach strategies, including passive talent engagement, employee referrals, and internal job platforms.
• Builds and maintains a ready pipeline of pre-vetted talent to support rapid placement and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.
• Works closely with business leaders to align hiring priorities with team needs, role fit, and project timelines.
