The Role

Planning and coordinating the movement of goods, domestically and internationally (inbound & outbound) by ensuring timely and accurate shipments. Supervising inventory for current and future fulfillment, warehousing issues, and transportation processes by communicating effectively with sales team, finance team, production department, and internal warehouse logistics teams.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

Responsibilities

Account Administration:

• Maintain client list updated with sales team
• Monitor allocation & pick-tickets of all SO# with our USA warehouse for accurate transmission from
• JLC wholesale platform
• Upload images / refresh images in JLC wholesale platform o Create, update and manage LINE LISTS with sales team

Wholesale platform:

• Manage and monitor wholesale platforms for accuracy – non duplications
• Manage EDI catalogues with warehouse
• Monitor EAN13# and keep the list pared to the correct number not to exceed our maximum 
• Manage BARCODE list for accuracy
• Supervise and monitor ATS to ensure accuracy
• Supervise the RA & CN are all incoming correctly
• Forward IN duplicates to clients requiring them
• Participate in JLC wholesale platform webinars where applicable to our business
• Trouble shoot JLC wholesale platform glitches or IT issues with our USA warehouse.

Shipping:

• Allocate + hold for outbound order preparations o Route international shipments
• Drop ship preparation / allocation
• Drop ship logistics from bonded free zone to FF o Follow up on drop ship
• Track RA’s / expired / reconciliation monthly + quarterly
• Monitor open pick-tickets for timely processing
• Monitor un-dispatched shipments from JLC warehouse & our international drop ship warehouse o Monitor all incoming ASN units for allocation
• Delivery report forecasting for majors / distributor / bi-monthly

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Advanced Excel and Analytical skills required
• EDI knowledge and experience requires
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail and reliable work ethic
• Must be proven solving oriented
• Works well and efficiently in a team and has a proactive attitude
• Must be able to multitask in fast paced environment
