Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cannabis Processing Technician to join our team in Denver. In this role, you will play a key part in the post-harvest process, including harvesting, bucking, and trimming cannabis plants. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the cannabis industry who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Harvesting: Assist in the efficient and careful harvesting of cannabis plants while ensuring product integrity and quality.
• Bucking: Separate cannabis flowers from stems using appropriate techniques, maintaining speed and precision.
• Trimming: Trim cannabis flowers by hand or with equipment to meet company quality standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect harvested and processed cannabis for any defects, ensuring all products meet Locol Love's high-quality standards.
• Record-Keeping: Accurately track and document weights, strains, and other relevant information during processing.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company and state regulatory guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in cannabis processing, agriculture, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to sit, stand, or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict regulatory guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
