WW Selling Partner Services’ (SPS) mission is to enable the long-term success of our selling partners by providing the most trusted shopping and selling experience and by providing solutions for accelerating our selling partners’ business growth. The US Seller Business organization within SPS is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the US Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) and Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) programs.
We are seeking a Finance Manager (FM) to support the US 3P Business team. With Sellers contributing to over 50% of Amazon’s online sales, this business is large in scale and pivotal to Amazon’s ability to offer a vast selection of products at low prices to customers. As the FM, you will work closely with the selection, pricing and promotions teams responsible for accelerating the Seller Flywheel inputs. You will partner with the business to identify and drive growth and profit improvement initiatives to expand a multi-Billion dollar business. This role operates in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and the successful candidate must have the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, which includes logical reasoning and data analytics. The successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically in an ambiguous environment with many stakeholders and opinions. This individual should possess solid business judgment, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a strong desire to dive deep into business problems and help solve them. This role will be a good fit if you:- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
