MNRK Music Group is hiring a Music Synch Coordinator to support the daily operations of the music licensing team to help facilitate the synchronization of music across visual such as film, TV, trailers, advertisements, and video games. This role is ideal for someone with a deep love for music who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assisting the department in pitching efforts for the Dualtone and MNRK catalog to music supervisors.
• Managing and updating digital catalog database (DISCO) including ingesting new music, metadata, playlists, and assets.
• Tracking and logging synch opportunities, usage, and licensing history.
• Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, A&R, legal) to align synch strategies with artist campaign.
• Assisting with occasional licensing clearance requests.
• Assisting in the creation and distribution of digital marketing mailers.
• Assisting with client invites to shows and events.
• Managing client contact list.
• Growing client relationships, including new client outreach.
• Researching sync opportunities for priority artists and catalogs.
• Maintaining awareness of industry news for project announcements in visual media and organizing into a spreadsheet.

What Makes You Qualified:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in music licensing, synchronization, or music department coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with music CMS platforms (e.g., Songspace, Disco) is a plus.
• Passion for music across genres, especially acts associated with Dualtone and MNRK.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep appreciation of how music enhances storytelling in visual media.
• Basic understanding of licensing terms and music publishing.
